I Have a Domain Name
Awesome! You are more than welcome to use a domain name you already own. When your new website is ready to go live, we'll provide instructions on how  to update your domain name's configuration, or we'll make the updates for you if you provide us with access to manage your domain name.
I Need a Domain Name
No worries at all! We'll provide you with some fantastic ideas and let you choose the one you like best. We include a free domain name with all of our websites for those who don't already have one. If you ever cancel, we can transfer your domain name to you. From the moment we register your domain name, you are its legal owner.
Transfer My Domain Name
Please make sure that your domain name is "Unlocked" and that if your domain is protected by "Whois Privacy" that it has been disabled. Your domain transfer will fail if either of these are not done. Provide us with the domain name and the transfer authorization code. Once we have this information we can initiate the domain transfer. You will receive an approval email once we initiate the transfer. Please forward this approval email to us. The domain transfer can take up to seven days to complete once approved, but we will make the effort to expedite the transfer, if your old domain registrar allows expedited transfers.
Can I Host My Website?
Since our platform is setup as a service and not as a standalone website, we host everything to make sure your website is always up and running, and secure.
I Need to Make a Change
Please open a support ticket to let us know what you need changed. We'll take care of your changes and let you know as soon as they're finished.
How Do I Sign Up?
  1. Sign up free here!
  2. Complete your Company Profile using the link we email to you.
  3. Allow us 48 hours to create your new custom website.
  4. Review your new website and let us know of anything you'd like to change.
  5. Subscribe to our $49.95 monthly plan to launch your new website!
How Do I Cancel?
We're sorry to see you go! If there is anything we can do to help, please don't hesitate to let us know. We do not have contracts, so you are free to cancel at any time. Please open a support ticket to let us know that you would like to cancel. We will process your cancellation as being effective immediately and will confirm your cancellation via email.
